Hi Tony,
We’re back in Melbourne. We loved the apartment (well resourced, neat, clean and
pleasant). Loved waking up to the children playing before school in the nearby
playground – delightful surprise. Location was fantastic, especially the strip between the
supermarket and the apartment – poulet, fromage and éclairs. Our favourite staple
restaurant was the place on Rue de Rivoli just across the road and to the left a little –
forgotten its name – served pasta dishes and a beautiful Paella. Cheap and great quality.
Madame Rosa was lovely even though we had some trouble communicating – eventually
we understood each other. Still on a high. We will be back and will recommend to friends.
