a single sofa bed.           
A TV with CNN and Sky News and a laptop computer with unlimited free Internet access
and all-zones DVD (a large selection of movies provided)  
A fully equipped kitchen including combined oven microwave and griller, dishwasher, kettle
and toaster. A telephone for free local calls and free calls to Australia.

Rue Boutebrie is an oasis of calm nestling at the foot of the elegant 13th century Eglise St
Severin,  200 metres from the Seine, and just behind a labyrinth of busy restaurants
offering a bewildering variety of culinary delights. The apartment is served by multiple bus
routes which connect to all parts of Paris and it is less than 100 metres from Metro Cluny
La Sorbonne from which access to RER station St Michel-Notre Dame can be gained to take
the visitor directly to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports via RER line B.

The Neighbourhood:
The apartment is in the Latin Quarter home of La Sorbonne and the Pantheon. In the
middle of the Seine just 200 metres away is "Ile De La Cite" on which Notre Dame Cathedral
and the Palais de Justice are situated.        
At one end of the Ile, Pont Neuf spans the river Seine to take the visitor to the oldest
department store in Paris   "La Samaritaine".  A short stroll from there to the west are the
Louvre museum, the Palais-Royale and the Jardin des Tuileries and the east the famous
Marais district with its imposing Hotel de Ville, controversial Pompidou
Centre and stunning Place des Vosges. On the Left Bank just a bus stop or two from the
apartment can be found the chic boutiques, antique dealers and galleries of St Germain
des Pres and St Sulpice.
