We love our stay at the apartment and was very well looked after by David, he helped us
on several occasions, getting a taxi for the transfer to the airport, helped with the
heavy bags, gave us brochures for museums and interesting places, etc.. Wallace

I stayed in this apartment for 10 days in September./October. It was bliss - a friend
joined me for 5 nights and used the sofa bed which she said was very comfortable. I will
definitely stay there again if it is available if I manage to get back to Paris again. It is on
the top floor but as you are met by either the owner or his pleasant son who help you
with your bags that is not an issue. The apartment is bright and sunny and has
everything you need for a week or a month. It is furnished the great style. I can highly
recommend this apartment

In our recent trip to Europe, we rented a total of four apartments. This was definitely
the best of the bunch and in a great district to boot. We very much enjoyed our
greeter Theo who spent a great deal of time answering our questions. He is a very
charming young man. Thanks for a great holiday.

The only apartment on our trip that offered the full range of services required ie. Wifi,
TV, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and comfortable spacious light-filled
sitting area. Only drawback being the 4 flights of stairs to climb but the exercise was
good for us. A great week in Paris.

A wonderful place to stay in every way. We are sorry our train was late and got a little

Clean, comfortable, very well-equipped and charming. This apartment is perfect in every
respect and the owner, David is extremely helpful and reliable. Even though there are
many stairs to climb with baggage David insisted on taking them up for us. If we were to
return to Paris we would definitely stay here.

Very well located apartment in the Marais which was in great condition, clean and well
equipped. Well insulated from noise. A few steps to climb as its on the 4th floor but
worth the exercise. David was a great host.

Dear Tony and David,
A brief note to thank you sincerely for letting the apartment at Rue des Francs
Bourgeois to us last week. We had a wonderful time in Paris, and the apartment is just
gorgeous, of course. The top floor location, the exposed beams, etc. Seemed to us and
our friends to be 'classic' Parisian.
Our thanks also to David, for staying on to greet us a bit later than expected the day
we arrived, and also for farewelling us quite early on Saturday morning when we had to
fly out.
We also very much appreciated booking locally here in Australia with Tony - it was so
much easier than the last time we rented an apartment in Paris, a few years ago.
We have already recommended our experience to various friends - and we hope to
return to Paris ourselves within the next 3-4 years. We'll get in touch again then!
