Tony, thank you for refunding the $500 bond. We really enjoyed our time in Paris and have
special memories of our time in the apartment. We would highly recommend it to friends
and family. Please pass on our best wishes to David; who was very helpful and he went
above and beyond the call of duty in escorting us (with our many suitcases) to the RER.

My husband, son and I spent a wonderful week in this delightful apartment. Location was
perfect, close to everything; a lovely feeling of quartier which we were looking for.
Thanks to David for his warm welcome. He is extremely helpful and although we did not
need to contact him during the stay, we knew that we could at any time. This is very
reassuring.

The apartment is in great location with easy access to a metro station, many restaurants
and bakeries. Decor of the apartment adds to ambiance of a trip to Paris! It`s very good
for 4 people!! I will locate again on my next trip.

David, soon to be "Doctor", you were a caring and helpful host to us in all ways. We
enjoyed coming home to the apartment with its beautiful artwork, comfortable lounge
room and bedroom, cooking in your state of the art kitchen, and enjoying the lit-up Eiffel
Tower and Pantheon from our bedroom window. The markets and shops on rue
Mouffetard were lively and fascinating as well. Great restaurants/great location. If you
come to the American west for a vacation you will always have a place to stay here in
Durango.

Dear Serge, Could you please thank David for the apartment . We were in Paris during the
Xmas & NY holiday 2005. Rue Mouffetard is magic. No shortage of restaurants and
patisseries etc... The snow in Paris made it more beautiful. I will certainly recommend the

just what we needed. Great location and well furnished. Your idea for the bed sit was
great!!! (given no 2 bedrooms available)

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Paris and the apartment was great. Once we got our
bearings the location was great and we were able to walk to a lot of the sights. The vast
array of shops that surround the apartment are fantastic and we enjoyed breakfast from
the Patisserie each day.
The apartment itself is very comfortable and has everything that is needed and the decor
is very unique. Paris is such a busy city and a bit overwhelming to first time visitors,
perhaps a few basic tourist brochures would be handy as we weren't sure where to start
and found it a bit hard the first day to get information as to what was near by. We used
the Red open top buses for 2 days and by then had worked out the different areas.
Thank you again for arranging the apartment for us and we would highly recommend your
