Description:

A nice terrace adds ideally to the flat and offers an ideal place to relax, share a drink
and watch passers by after a day spent visiting museums and walking the streets of Paris.
The interior of the apartment has been optimised by custom-built high quality furnishings
to create a practical and convenient living space in which you can feel at ease.

The living room has a luxury sofa bed (W160cm) as comfortable as a bed.
Facing the sofa is a flat screen cable TV (international channels), an MP3 player with
radio (iphone and ipod-compatible), a telephone to call many destinations for free and
broadband internet access (WIFI available).

A wooden bar with two stools builds a separation between the living room and the
kitchen. Dimmer controlled hanging glass lamps allow you to adjust to the right night
atmosphere. The kitchen includes two ceramic hobs, a hood, a fridge with freezer
compartment, a microwave with grill function, a toaster, an electric boiler and a coffee
machine. Ideal to cook nice little meals with fresh products from the renowned
Montorgueil market, only one minute walk away from the studio!

There is a washing/drying machine under the bar. Ironing equipment, a clothes drying
system and shelves on which put your luggage are at your disposition in an adjacent
storage room.

There is a suspended washbasin, an Italian style pebble shower, a large mirror, two
shelves, a heated towel rail, a hair dryer and a toilet.

The Neighbourhood:
Rue Montorgueil in Paris is like a village with numerous food shops and restaurants
located in the heart of the capital. For lovers of fine food this market street is a feast for
the eyes as well as the palate.

The quiet surrounding streets lined with XVIIth and XVIIIth century buildings, gourmet
shops and cafés have become one of the most fashionable areas of the capital, attracting
a trendy population.
