Marais Rosiers:
"This apartment is located in a lively and quirky area of Paris and is close to
everything you need. Just outside the front door is a road teeming with restaurants
and boutiques and is busy until well into the night. Inside the apartment you would
never know this- it's quiet and peaceful and no noise seems to reach it. The layout
is very good and the furniture all new and very tasteful. We had 2 adults and 2
children and I would have to say that the apartment is a little too small for that. For
two people is would be perfect. Anne was very helpful on email and we met Nicolas
when he came to install the new phone and modem (the first one had been broken
during a storm). Bruno, who meets you for the key hand over was also very friendly
and helpful. I think this is a fantastic apartment in a really lively area of town and
would have no hesitation recommending it to people."

commerces juste en bas: restos, boutiques de vêtements, etc... Bien pratique le
Wifi...et l'assistance pour notre ordinateur! Merci encore au propriétaire qui a nous
donner les bons tuyaux du quartier! On reviendra avec plaisir... mais plus longtemps!"
"Flat very nice and fresh during summer, clean, very peaceful, comfortable, kitchen
very useful, sited in the centre of Le Marais, next to Hotel de Ville, metro, RER to
airports. Landlord very nice and helpful. "

We did enjoy our stay at 32 Rue des Rosiers – Bruno and Matheus were very
helpful. We’ll certainly recommend the service to others. It’s in a terrific location
– lots going on outside but quiet inside. We particularly enjoyed the access to
phone calls, which was most appreciated.

recommending the Paris Apartment to friends and family. We are thinking of visiting
Paris again and will book the same apartment. Thanks again for refunding the $500
